Don't you think it's time to stop being enslaved by your business…You could use a break!

When you first decided to open your own business, you probably did it to achieve things like:

*Be your own boss
*Financial freedom
*Having more free time for yourself
*More quality time with your family
*Focus on your health & well-being and getting out of that stressful 9-5 rat race.

But soon it became apparent that this online business thing required a lot of work, and often MORE work than ANY 9-5 job.

"I had this same revelation and it was painful," says Alice Seba. " I overworked myself, the house was a mess, my marriage was a mess, I gained weight and I was drowning in my own business and still not making the money I wanted to.,,

"Then Something Changed…

"As soon as I learned to get the help I need in my business, things began to change. My business began to really thrive, my family and my health was no longer being left in the dust. The best part, I was the one in control of my business, instead of it holding my reins!"

Let Me Help You Do The Same…And Make it as Easy as Possible for You -
Outsourcing Sweetie Membership

Whenever I talk to other online business owners about getting the help they need and outsourcing (i.e. hiring contractors to help with various tasks in their business), they often say things like:

"I can't afford it."

"I can't find reliable people."

"I'm the only one who can do the job properly."

"I don't have time to train people."

Check out how easy and simple it can be to work with a great team, for a very reasonable price, and really get your business up to speed, without running over yourself. You can get started today.

From Jack Humphrey: Friday Traffic Report April 25 2008

A lot of people have asked me how I do “all this.” I sure couldn’t pull off two large membership sites, this blog, consulting, training, and marketing without a solid team.

The “4 Hour Work Week” might be a pipe dream for you at this moment, but how is that 60+ hour work week working for you right now?

Do you want to know the secret to getting the job of 15 people done? Have a team of 15 people. (Were you expecting magic?)

The biggest issue readers talk about to me is time. Social marketing eats up hours like a swarm of locusts in a corn field. All the other things you have to do to market and service your customers also blaze through your precious minutes each day until you are left wondering how guys like me do all this stuff.

In short, I don’t do all this stuff myself. I have a team. A damn good one.

If you aren’t outsourcing you are only going to get so far with internet marketing. Every major player online has help. Lots of it. There simply isn’t any other way to become a player on today’s web after a certain point.

Whether you set yourself up for a literal “4 Hour Work Week” or not, saving yourself the stress of being designer, copywriter, promoter, networker, accountant, fulfillment manager, and content producer for your online business is worth everything.

Jeff Mills has a killer course on outsourcing that is the most complete I’ve ever seen. Whether you grab it or not, you need to look at outsourcing and understand how you can ramp up to a full team of helpers from modest beginnings. I can’t tell you just how it has affected my life.

And don’t cop out with the “I can’t afford outsourcers” excuse. Want to know how many people could afford hiring help when they were just starting out? Exactly NONE of them. Yet they all found a way. I did and so have tens of thousands of others.

I still work hard, but on the things I am good at and on the the tasks I should be performing, that only I can perform, for my business.

Outsourcing changes the whole game. It’s the difference between a part-time hobby and a major, multi-million dollar potential business. Ask any of your favorite experts. Every single one uses outsourcing to pull off some very big business.

Check out the course – Outsourcing Secrets Revealed

Note from Linda: This course can be worthwhile if you are getting a big project organized and need direction as to how to juggle the various choices of outsourcing needed. If you just want to jump in and get started, save your money for some actual work, done for you by virtual assistants, rather than spending time on videos, audios and ebooks. One way around this is to work with a virtual staffing agency…and leave the driving to us.

You've worked an 80-hour week, and you never want to look at that project, or those projects, again. But was it worth it? Was the successful completion of those projects just drudgery, or did it contribute significantly to the short or long-term goals you've set for your ?

Andrew Brown of www.small-business-guru.com suggests taking the time to critically analyze your project list. If you cannot connect the dots between a project on your list and the goals you've set for your business, consider removing the project from your list. If removing these types of projects from your list is impossible, he advises at least prioritizing those projects that will advance you toward your goals. He warns not to take the strategy of putting those quality projects off until you "get some of the dregs" off your plate.

Mr. Brown asserts that you must view all your projects in the big picture – considering the value and context of your time investment as they relate to your ultimate goals for your business.

Consider seriously outsourcing your projects that you have little interest or aptitude in, and let a virtual assistant take care of these things, like bookkeeping, tedious marketing details, customer service, paperwork etc. Send us an email to connect@connect2pro.com with your concerns about for a consultation. What's your biggest problem? Maybe you don't have to fix it yourself – guaranteed to achieve average results in exchange for your precious time.

You may have considered outsourcing some of those tasks or projects eating away at your time and energy, but worries about low quality work or unreliable contractors have made you reluctant to take the plunge.

Howard Tiano suggests several ways you can minimize your risk of a bad experience in his article, "Do You Compromise Quality With Outsourcing," and explains how outsourcing can be your best, most affordable option to achieving the highest quality work possible.

In brief, he suggests the following steps be taken when choosing a contractor:

1) Don't Let Price Be The Determining Factor – When searching domestically for a contractor, don't automatically select the lowest bidder.

2) Obtain And Verify Qualifications – Obtain from the individual her/his work history, qualifications, relevant experience. Review samples of the candidates work.

3) Get References – Obtain personal and professional references, and check them. This will give you insight into the candidates work ethic and style.

Mr. Tiano suggests treating the selection process as you would for a full-time employee. After all, the quality of work generated by this individual will be a reflection on your business. For more, visit [...] at outsourceouttakes.com

(If you would like more information about how to work with a virtual assistant, and in particular, how to use the services of a virtual staffing agency to minimize your risk in hiring a VA, send an email to connect@connect2pro.com with your questions and ideas.)

Have you ever…

* Hired somebody just to fill a spot and ended up with a string of bad hires?

* Brought somebody on just because they wanted the job and you didn’t have the time or the patience to go through the whole screening process?

* Been guilty of over-delegating – and then you wonder why no one seems to do anything right?

* Been guilty of under-delegating – and ended up doing the exact same tasks you hired somebody else to do for you?

* Hey, maybe this is you… you don’t have a team at all! You think you can’t afford one, or that you’re not big enough to warrant one, or you know you need one but you don’t know where to start!

Melanie Benson Strick of SuccessConnections.com – says

For the entrepreneur, cash flow is the make or break point. Interestingly enough, many of us will throw thousands of dollars at programs and products that suggest they will make us money but you will hold back from investing in the ONE KEY STRATEGY that is proven to help you achieve a six to seven figure income.

I’d like to help you identify 8 Keys to Know If It’s Time to Build a Virtual Team.

You want to grow fast but have limited time. This is crucial for people who are still employed, mothers of young children and people with multiple businesses. The fact is, you can only grow as fast as you have time to move your projects forward. A team can execute on work while you focus on other things.

You have more referrals than you can follow up with. This is a sign that you either: need an assistant to help filter out leads and get them in your funnel or you need to outsource work to others.

You are doing things that you hate, screw up or procrastinate. After I booked myself to Ft. Lauderdale when I needed to be in Orlando, I realized booking my own travel had to be delegated to my assistant. These tasks will cost you hundreds, if not thousands, until you delegate them to someone who loves the tasks. Bookkeeping, client invoicing, website updating, paperwork all fit here. P.S. That travel mistake cost me $500 extra dollars. =-(

You need and want more freedom to enjoy your life, but you can’t afford to be away from the business. The right team will be able to handle anything while you are gone.

You routinely are late, deliver incomplete projects or forget things you promise people. This is a sign that you have too much on your plate. Even delegating email management and phone call follow up can free up 8 – 10 hours a week!

You are an opportunity addict and don’t want to give that up. Let’s be honest. Some of you are just really good at new ideas and you don’t want that to stop. You thrive on the creative phase. But someone has to implement your ideas – that’s where a team comes in.

You are a speaker, information marketer, coach, consultant, service professional or business owner with more on their to-do list than time in the day. I guarantee you I can find at least 25 items in your to-do list that could easily and profitably be delegated!

You truly desire a six to seven figure income. The one thing that every successful person knows is that they could not have done it alone.
