Powerful Correspondence Key To Successful Internet Marketing

The internet provides a powerful tool for entrepreneurs and - if you know how to use it.

In the case of e-mail marketing, like traditional junk snail-mail, many ads are deleted or ignored as the subject line just doesn't "grab you." So how to you make your business stand out from the crowd?

Jen Blackert has some suggestions to punch up your correspondence in her article in the Realty Times entitled "7 Tips To Take Your Correspondence From Blah To Bodacious."

First, make it Personal - if possible, address your lead or client by name.

Create Curiosity in your subject - "How To…", "The Easiest Way To…". Inject some Personality into your piece - include a picture of yourself, tell a funny story.

Create Excitement - make your product or service seem like "the best thing since sliced bread."

Give your client or lead a sense of Urgency and Clarity - tell them they have to do it now, and exactly how to do it.

And finally, be Consistent - your "From" line should consistently reflect your name or your company's name. For more on this, read the article at http://realtytimes.com/rtapages/20070530_top7tips.htm
